1 (13 oz.) pkg. graham cracker cereal (like Golden Grahams)
1 1/2 c. milk chocolate chips
1 (10 oz.) pkg. miniature marshmallows
5 T. butter or margarine
1 tsp. vanilla
Melt 5 c. of the marshmallows (reserving 1 c.), the chocolate chips and the butter in a 3-qt. saucepan over
low heat, stirring occasionally. Remove from the heat. Stir in the vanilla. Butter a 9x13-inch rectangular
pan. Pour the cereal into a large bowl. Pour the marshmallow mixture over the cereal; stir until evenly coated.
Stir in the reserved marshmallows. Press the mixture into the pan with the back of a spoon which has been buttered.
Cool until as firm as desired. Cut into bars. Store loosely covered at room temperature.
