1/4 c. minced green onions
1 T. corn oil
1 T. hot pepper sauce
2 tsp. ground allspice
1 tsp. ground cinnamon
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. ground nutmeg
2 large cloves garlic, minced
4 skinless, boneless chicken breasts
In a 9 x 13-inch baking dish combine the green onions, oil, hot pepper sauce, allspice, cinnamon, salt,
nutmeg and garlic. Add the chicken, turning to coat with the marinade. Cover; refrigerate 30 minutes or overnight.
Before igniting the grill or broiler, spray the grill rack with cooking spray. Grill or broil, 4 to 5 inches from the
heat, 10 to 12 minutes, turning once, or until desired doneness.
