1 (16 oz.) pkg. frankfurters
1 T. butter or margarine
1/2 c. chopped onions
1 (10 3/4 oz.) can tomato soup
1/2 c. water
1 T. Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp. sugar
dash hot pepper sauce
1 (8 oz.) pkg. bow-tie pasta
snipped parsley
Cut the frankfurters lengthwise into quarters. In a large saucepan, melt the butter or margarine.
In it sauté the onions until they are tender, then stir in the undiluted tomato soup, tomato sauce, water, Worcestershire
sauce, sugar and hot pepper sauce. Then add the frankfurters and simmer for 10 minutes, stirring once or twice.
Meanwhile, cook the pasta according to package directions. Arrange the frankfurters in the center of a heated platter,
with the noodles around them; sprinkle with the parsley. Serve 4.
