1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen peas
1 (8 oz.) pkg. lasagna noodles
2 (12 oz.) jars turkey gravy
4 c. cooked diced turkey
1 (2 oz.) can sliced mushrooms, drained
1/2 lb. Mozzarella cheese, sliced
Cook the peas according to the package directions; drain. Cook the lasagne noodles according to the
package directions; drain. Combine the peas, turkey, gravy and mushrooms. Place a thin layer of this mixture in
a 9 x 13-inch baking dish. Cover with 1/2 of the lasagne noodles, 1/2 of the remaining chicken mixture, and 1/2 of the
Mozzarella cheese. Repeat layers. Bake at 375 degrees for 25 to 30 minutes, or until bubbly. Serves 6.
