1 c. biscuit baking mix
1 c. milk
1/2 tsp. salt
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen peas, thawed
1 (6 oz.) can tuna, drained
1 c. shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
Preheat the oven to 325 degrees. Grease or spray a souffle pan or a 1 1/2-qt. casserole dish.
In a bowl, beat the baking mix, milk, eggs and salt until smooth. Stir in the drained peas, tuna and cheese. Pour
into the prepared baking dish. Bake for about 1 hour, or until a knife inserted in the center comes out clean.
