2 T. margarine
1 small onion, sliced
1 (10 3/4 oz.) can broccoli cheese soup
1/3 c. milk
1/8 tsp. pepper
4 medium potatoes, cooked and sliced
chopped fresh parsley
In a skillet over medium heat, heat the margarine and cook the onion in it until the onion is tender.
Add the soup, milk, pepper and potatoes. Heat to boiling. Reduce the heat to low. Cover; simmer for 5 minutes,
or until hot and bubbling. Garnish with the parsley. Serves 4. Recipe may be doubled.
