1 lb. ground beef
2 T. butter or margarine
1/2 clove garlic, minced
2 (8 oz.) cans tomato sauce
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. sugar
dash of pepper
1 (8 oz.) pkg. noodles
6 green onions, chopped
1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 c. sour cream
1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
Brown the beef in the butter or margarine; add the garlic,
tomato sauce, salt, sugar and pepper. Cook the noodles as directed on the package and drain. Combine the onions
(including the tops), cream cheese and sour cream. Alternate the beef mixture, noodles and cream cheese mixture in layers
in a greased casserole dish. Top with the Cheddar cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes. Serves 6.
