1 (1.25 oz.) envelope onion soup mix
1/2 c. butter or margarine, softened
8 ears of corn
Remove the husks from the corn. Combine the dry onion soup mix with the softened butter or margarine.
Spread 1 T. of the butter mixture on each ear of corn. Wrap each ear tightly in foil. Place on the grill over
hot coals. Cook 30 minutes, turning once. (These may also be baked in a 425 degree oven for 30 minutes.)
