2 c. sour cream
2/3 c. sugar
3 eggs
dash of salt
1/2 tsp. lemon flavoring
1 tsp. burnt sugar flavoring
1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon
1 c. raisins, plumped in boiling water
1 (9-inch) unbaked pie shell
Combine the sour cream, sugar and eggs and beat well. Add the salt, lemon flavoring, burnt sugar flavoring
and cinnamon; then the raisins. Pour into the pie shell and bake at 325 degrees for 1 hour, or until an inserted knife
comes out clean.
