3 eggs
2 c. sugar
1 tsp. ground cinnamon
1 tsp. baking soda
3 c. flour
1 tsp. ground nutmeg
1 tsp. salt
1 1/2 c. vegetable oil
1 (21 oz.) can cherry pie filling
1/2 c. chopped nuts (optional)
Mix together all of the ingredients together until blended well. Pour into a large loaf pan or several
smaller ones. Bake at 350 degrees for approximately 1 hour, or until the loaf or loaves test done. Other flavors
of pie filling may be substituted. (If making the smaller loaves, less time may be necessary, so keep an eye on them.
