1 lb. ground beef
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
2 (14 oz.) cans seasoned beef broth with onion
1 (14 1/2 oz.) can diced tomatoes
1/4 tsp. Italian seasoning, crushed
1 1/2 c. uncooked malfada or corkscrew pasta
1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
Cook the ground beef with the garlic powder in a skillet until browned. Pour off any excess fat.
Add the broth, tomatoes and Italian seasoning. Heat to boiling. Stir in the pasta. Cook over medium heat
for 10 minutes, or until the pasta is done. Stir in the cheese. Serve with additional cheese, if desired.
