1 (3 oz.) pkg ramen noodles, any flavor
1/2 head cabbage, chopped OR 1 (16 oz.) pkg. cole slaw mix
4 green onions, chopped
2 tsp. toasted sesame seeds
1/2 c. shelled sunflower seeds
1/2 c. vegetable oil
1/2 tsp. pepper
2 T. sugar
3 T. vinegar
1 tsp. salt
Cook the ramen noodles according to the package directions, reserving the seasoning
packet for the dressing; drain. In a large bowl, combine the chopped cabbage, green onions, sesame seeds, sunflower
seeds and the cooked ramen noodles. In a small bowl, combine the oil, pepper, sugar, vinegar, salt and the ramen noodle
seasoning. Pour over the cabbage mixture; toss to combine. Serve immediately or chill in the refrigerator until
time to serve.
