1 (46 oz.) can pineapple juice
1 (12 oz.) can frozen orange juice concentrate, thawed
1 (6 oz.) can frozen lemonade concentrate, thawed
1 c. water, divided
1/2 c. sugar
2 large ripe bananas
1 (20 oz.) pkg. frozen unsweetened whole strawberries, thawed
1 (2 liter) bottle ginger ale, chilled
In a punch bowl or large container, combine the pineapple juice, orange juice concentrate, lemonade concentrate,
1/2 c. of the water, and the sugar. Place the bananas, strawberries, and the remaining 1/2 c. water in a blender; cover
and process until smooth. Stir into the juice mixture. Cover and refrigerate. Just before serving, stir
in the ginger ale. Makes 25 to 30 servings (about 5 qts.).
