1 (8 oz.) pkg. extra-wide egg noodles, uncooked
1/2 c. butter or margarine
3/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. ground black pepper
Cook the noodles according to package directions; drain. In a saucepan over medium heat, melt the
butter or margarine. Stir in the remaining ingredients. Toss the hot noodles with the butter mixture until well
coated. Serve immediately. Makes 4 to 6 servings
