1 c. butter or margarine
1 c. sugar
1 c. brown sugar, lightly packed
2 eggs
2 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. butterscotch flavoring
1 1/2 c. unsifted flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. baking soda
2 c. old-fashioned rolled oats
2 c. crisp rice cereal (like Rice Krispies)
1 c. coconut
1/2 c. finely chopped pecans
Mix all of the ingredients together in a large bowl. (Be sure the mixture is mixed well.) Drop
by heaping teaspoonfuls, 2 inches apart, on a greased baking sheet. Bake at 375 degrees for about 10 minutes, or until
brown. Makes about 6 dozen.
