1 (16 oz.) pkg. frozen broccoli, carrot and cauliflower mix
1 (10 3/4 oz.) can cream of mushroom soup
1 c. shredded Swiss cheese, divided
1/3 c. sour cream
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 (2.8 oz.) can french fried onions, divided
Combine the vegetables, mushroom soup, 1/2 c. of the Swiss cheese, the sour cream, pepper, and 1/2 of the
can of french fried onions. Pour into a casserole dish and bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Sprinkle the remaining
Swiss cheese and french fried onions on top and bake for an additional 5 minutes.
