1 (4 oz.) pkg. blue cheese, crumbled
1/3 c. buttermilk
1 T. white wine vinegar
1/2 tsp. sugar
1/3 c. sour cream
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
1/4 c. mayonnaise
salt and pepper
Mash the blue cheese and the buttermilk together until the mixture resembles cottage cheese. Add the
remaining ingredients and blend thoroughly. Add salt and pepper to taste. Serve immediately or refrigerate until
ready to use.
