1 lb. creamy-style peanut butter
1 c. margarine
1 lb. powdered sugar
1 (24 oz.) pkg. chocolate or vanilla candy coating
Melt the peanut butter and margarine in a saucepan. Work in the powdered sugar. Roll into 1-inch
balls. Chill on cookie trays for at least 1 hour. Melt the candy coating in the top half of a double boiler over
hot water. Using a fork and spoon, dip each peanut butter ball into the melted candy coating. Place on wax paper.
Makes about 4 dozen.
