1 1/4 c. soda cracker crumbs
1 c. milk
2 eggs, beaten
1 (7 1/2 oz.) can minced clams, undrained
1 c. frozen corn, thawed
3 T. melted butter
2 T. minced onion
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/2 c. shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
Combine the cracker crumbs, milk and beaten eggs. Let set for 30 minutes. Stir in all of the
rest of the ingredients except for the cheese. Mix gently and spoon into a greased or sprayed 1 1/2-qt. casserole dish.
Cover and refrigerate for several hours or overnight. Bake, uncovered, at 350 degrees for about 50 minutes. Sprinkle
with the cheese and return to the oven for about 10 minutes.
