6 large tomatoes
1 large green bell pepper, cut in strips
1 red onion, sliced into rings
3/4 c. vinegar
1 1/2 tsp. celery salt
1/2 tsp. black pepper
4 tsp. sugar
1 1/2 tsp. mustard seed
1/8 tsp. cayenne pepper
1/4 c. cold water
Skin and quarter the tomatoes. Place with the green pepper and onion in a large bowl with a tight-fitting
lid. Place the remaining ingredients into a saucepan and bring to a boil. Immediately pour over the vegetables.
Chill, stirring occasionally. Serve cold.
