1 lb. ground beef
1 (10 or 15 oz.) can chili without beans
1 (16 oz.) can refried beans
1 (1 lb.) pkg. process cheese food (like Velveeta)
In a large skillet brown the ground beef. Drain off any
excess fat. Add the chili and the refried beans. Cube the cheese and add to the mixture. Stir until the
cheese is melted. Serve hot with tortilla chips. (For extra zing you may add chopped jalapenos to taste, or use
the process cheese with the peppers already in it.)
