1 c. butter
dash of salt
1/2 c. powdered sugar
2 1/4 c. flour, divided
2 c. sugar
4 eggs, beaten
6 T. lemon juice
additional powdered sugar
Combine the butter, salt, powdered sugar and 2 c. of the flour in a bowl and mix well. Press into
the bottom of a 9 x 13-inch baking pan and bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes, or until golden brown. Combine the sugar
with the remaining 1/4 c. of flour in a bowl; add the beaten eggs and the lemon juice. Pour onto the slightly cooled
crust. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes, or until set. Sprinkle with additional powdered sugar and cool.
Cut into bars.
