2 (3 oz.) pkgs. lime gelatin
1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple
1 (8 oz.) pkg. butter mints, crushed
1 (8 oz.) pkg. miniature marshmallows
2 c. whipping cream, whipped
Drain the pineapple. Add enough water to the drained pineapple juice to make 2 c. of liquid.
Heat the pineapple liquid and dissolve the gelatin in it. Stir in the crushed butter mints until they have completely
dissolved. Chill the gelatin mixture until it has thickened, then beat. Fold in the pineapple, marshmallows and
whipped cream. Pour into a 9 x 13-inch pan. Chill until set.
