1/4 c. cocoa
2/3 c. sugar
3 T. cornstarch
1/4 tsp. salt
2 1/4 c. milk
2 T. butter
1 tsp. vanilla
Combine the cocoa, sugar, cornstarch, and salt in a medium saucepan; gradually blend the milk into the dry
ingredients. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until the mixture boils; boil and stir 1 minute. Remove
from the heat. Blend in the butter and vanilla. Pour into individual serving dishes. Chill. Garnish
as desired. Makes 4 to 5 servings.
