1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple, undrained
1 (16 oz.) can apricots, drained
2 (3 oz.) pkgs. cream cheese, softened
1 pt. orange sherbet
1 (3 oz.) pkg. apricot gelatin
1 (3 oz.) pkg orange gelatin
1 c. boiling water
Put the pineapple with its juice into a blender; blend. Add the drained apricots; blend. Add
the cream cheese and the sherbet and blend again. Dissolve the 2 packages of gelatin in the boiling water. Combine
the gelatin with the blended mixture. Pour into a pan or mold and chill until firm.
