2 T. honey
1/2 c. uncooked oats
1 large whole egg, beaten
2 tsp. sugar
1/2 c. milk
1 T. olive oil or light sesame oil
1 chamomile tea bag, contents emptied into the mixture
1 tsp. lemon juice
Cleanse your face with a gentle cleanser, careful not to rub too hard (if you use a washcloth or facial
buff puff, make circular motions for a minute, to ensure proper cleansing). Rinse your face with lukewarm water (emphasis
on warm to open up pores). Mix all of the ingredients in a glass bowl for 2 minutes, to ensure even mixing and to allow
the tea to moisten. Apply the mask evenly, avoiding the eye area, and leave on for 15 to 20 minutes (rub the mask in
a circular motion in order to allow the sugar to slough off any dead skin cells). Rinse mask off with warm (but not
TOO warm) water. (For an extra treat on hot days and nights, place the mask in the freezer for 30 minutes before applying.)
