2 c. finely crushed pretzels
1/2 c. margarine
1/3 c. brown sugar, firmly packed
2 (3 oz.) pkgs. instant vanilla pudding mix
2 c. milk
4 c. mashed pumpkin
2 c. frozen whipped topping, thawed
1 tsp. ground nutmeg
1 tsp. ground cinnamon
1 tsp. ground ginger
Mix together the pretzels, margarine and brown sugar together and spread in the bottom of a 9 x 13-inch
baking pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 10 minutes. Cool. Mix the remaining ingredients together (2 1/2 tsp.
of pumpkin pie spice may be substituted for the nutmeg, cinnamon and ginger). Pour onto the pretzel crust. Freeze.
