1 1/4 c. brown sugar
1 1/4 c. powdered non-dairy creamer
3/4 c. instant coffee
In a large bowl combine all of the ingredients. Store in a quart-sized container. TO SERVE:
Place 2 heaping teaspoonfuls of the coffee mix in a cup or mug. Add 3/4 c. of boiling water and stir well.
