2 (8 oz.) pkgs. cream cheese
1 (2 1/2 oz.) pkg. chipped dried beef
1 small onion, grated
1 (10 3/4 oz.) can cream of mushroom soup
1/4 c. ketchup
In a bowl, soften the cream cheese. (If desired, blanch the dried beef to lessen its saltiness.)
Finely chop the beef. Add to the cream cheese along with the remaining ingredients. Blend well. Chill.
Serve with potato chips. Makes about 4 cups.
