3 egg whites
dash of salt
1 c. marshmallow creme
Beat the egg whites and salt together until soft peaks form. Gradually add the marshmallow creme and
continue to beat until stiff peaks form. Spread over the pie filling in a baked crust, sealing to the edge. Bake
at 350 degrees for 12 to 15 minutes, or until brown on top. (This meringue does not weep or fall.)
