1 3/4 c. elbow macaroni, cooked
2 c. small-curd cottage cheese
1 c. sour cream
1 egg, slightly beaten
3 T. minced onion
2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
3/4 tsp. salt
dash of pepper
paprika
Combine all of the ingredients except the paprika and put into a greased 2-qt. casserole dish. Sprinkle
paprika over the top. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
