1 c. diced celery
1/4 c. minced onion
1/4 c. minced green pepper
1 (3 oz.) chow mein noodles
2 c. cubed cooked turkey
1 (2 oz.) jar pimiento, diced
1 (10 3/4 oz.) can cream of mushroom soup
1/4 c. water
1 chicken bouillon cube
1 c. cashew nuts
Sauté the celery, onion and green pepper in a little butter. Add the chow mein noodles, turkey, pimiento,
mushroom soup, and the water, to which the bouillon cube has been dissolved. Mix gently. Spoon into a 2-qt. casserole
dish. Sprinkle the cashew nuts on top. Bake at 325 degrees for 40 minutes.
