6 fresh ripe peaches, peeled and mashed
juice of 6 lemons
4 c. sugar
1 pt. cream
2 qts. milk
Mix the peaches, lemon juice and sugar in a large bowl. Let stand for 30 minutes. Stir in the
cream and milk quickly, so the mixture will not curdle. Fill the freezer container 3/4 full. Freeze hard.
Remove the dasher and cover well. Makes 2 1/2 to 3 quarts.
